Refund Update – Please Read

We want to be completely transparent with our community.

All refunds WILL be processed.

To date, we have spent over $10,000 of our own personal savings to get a studio space and teachers ready for classes. Every additional cent that came in from bookings was also used solely for setup, compliance, and preparation.

Due to unexpected council roadblocks, all classes and trials have been stopped. As a result, refunds must be issued.

Because these funds were already invested upfront, refunds will be processed over the coming weeks as income comes back in. This is not us avoiding refunds — it is simply the reality of cash flow after committing everything in good faith.

Please be assured:

Every single person will be refunded

No one is being ignored

No one will miss out

Refunds will be processed progressively and fairly

To be clear: we will not be attempting to open this space.

We are, however, actively and aggressively searching for a new, suitable location that can properly support what we’re building for the community.

We know this situation is incredibly frustrating. We are disappointed too — but we are committed to doing the right thing, communicating honestly, and making this right.
