Where is the studio located?

Parking out front or across street in public car park. -
What ages are your classes for?
Kids Dance (Ages 4–17)
Adult Dance & Fitness (Ages 16+)
Pole Dance & Pole Conditioning (Ages 16+)
Mum & Bubs (Ages 0 - 4 years)

Do I need to be fit or have experience?
Nope! Our classes are designed for absolute beginners through to intermediate dancers. Everyone starts somewhere — we teach from the ground up.

How do I book?
All classes are booked online via our scheduling system (Acuity).
You can choose:Casual pass
Term enrolment
Membership tiers (when available)

What should I wear to class?
Kids Dance: Comfortable dancewear. Leotards are optional — no pressure to purchase.
Adult Oz Aerobics / Dance: Leggings/shorts + a comfy top. Sneakers recommended.
Pole Dance & Conditioning: Shorts recommended (for pole grip). Singlets/tees on top.
Bring your water bottle and good vibes. ✨ -
Do children need exams or competitions?
No. Our studio is non-competitive, inclusive, and focused on skills, growth & joy.
Students may perform at the end-of-year showcase (optional). -

What is Pole Conditioning?
A strength training class specifically designed to:
Build upper-body strength
Improve grip and core control
Make pole dancing easier, safer and more fun
You can do Pole Conditioning without doing Pole Dance.

Is there a weight limit?
No. Our poles are load-rated for all bodies.
Strength is something we build, not something you need to show up with. -
Do you offer term-based enrolments?
Yes — most classes run in 8-week terms.

Can I try a class first?
Yes! We offer trial classes, open days, and founding member deals during launch periods.

Can I watch my child’s class?
We have a viewing option during Term Showcase Weeks.
This helps kids focus and reduces pressure during regular classes. -
