  • In our password-protected studio systems

  • In locked filing where applicable

Only authorised CHSS staff and instructors can access your information on a need-to-know basis.

We will only use photos/videos of students if:

  • A parent/guardian has given consent (for under 18s), OR

  • An adult student has given consent (16+)

Consent may be:

  • Allowed

  • Not allowed

  • Allowed only in specific ways (e.g., private groups only, no names, face blurred, etc.)

Consent can be changed any time by contacting us.
We will always respect your choice.
